Return Policy

 

At Todd Blyleven's store I'm Going In, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring your satisfaction. If you encounter any issues with your order, such as misprints, damaged items, or incorrect prints, please follow the steps outlined below:

 

1. Submit a Problem Report: If you receive a product that is damaged, misprinted, or has defects, please submit a problem report by clicking on the "LET's CHAT button on this website first within 30 days of receiving the item. This report will help us assess the issue and process your claim efficiently.

2. Return Procedure: For returns due to misprints, defects, or damage, please contact us directly before returning the item. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed and inform you of our return policy and procedures.

3. Return Address: Once instructed, you can return the item to the following address:

Please note that you are responsible for shipping cost to return the item, however after reviewing the returned item, we find that the item was damaged from the shipping for the manufacturer or the item was created properly, then we will make up the shipping cost and refund you the difference for standard shipping fees only (Subject to owner of websites discretion on the amount of the return shall be reimbursed back to customer). Also, that this address is solely for returns. Any other correspondence sent to this address will be returned to the sender.

4. Exclusions: Please be aware that returns due to sizing issues are not accepted. Ensure that you select the correct size before placing your order.

5. Claims for Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please submit a claim within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

6. Unclaimed Returns: Any returned shipments that are unclaimed after 30 days will be donated to charity. We will not be responsible for any unclaimed items or associated costs.

7. Wrong Address: If a shipment is returned due to an insufficient address provided by you or your customer, you will be liable for reshipment costs once a correct address is confirmed.
