My Story
I’ve spent my entire life in sports.
I grew up around Major League Baseball, traveling with my family and learning the game from the inside, watching how great players prepared, how teams operated, and how relationships were built at the highest level. That early exposure shaped how I approach everything today.
Now, I bring that same mindset into the business side of sports, focused on trust, consistency, and building partnerships that actually work over time.
Growing Up in the Game
Being raised in Major League Baseball gave me a front-row seat to the inner workings of professional sports. I was around players, coaches, and front offices from an early age, learning how relationships, preparation, and accountability all come together behind the scenes.
Professional Playing Career
I went on to play professional baseball, which gave me firsthand experience inside team environments and a deep respect for the work, discipline, and mindset it takes to compete at a high level.

MLB Scouting Career
After my playing career, I spent 8 years as a Major League Baseball scout, traveling the country, evaluating talent, and building relationships with coaches, players, and organizations at every level of the game.

Western Lifestyle & Retail
During my transition back into baseball, I worked as a store manager at Boot Barn in Southern California. That experience kept me connected to the Western and rodeo community while also building leadership and customer-focused business skills.

Sports Business & Partnerships
I eventually transitioned into the business side of sports, where I’ve spent the last 20+ years building partnerships, driving revenue, and working with some of the most recognized brands and organizations in the industry.

Author & Industry Contribution
I’m also the author of two books. First, Scout Like a Pro, a practical guide built from my experience in baseball and player development, focused on helping others better understand the game and the process behind it. Second, Walking With Your Trauma, a book created to help anyone who has or is struggling with trauma, to learn how to control it, walk with it, and live their lives with strength, peace, and love.

Closing Section
I’ve been fortunate to see sports from every angle, growing up in it, playing in it, scouting it, and building a career in the business side of it.
At this stage, what matters most to me is working with good people, building strong partnerships, and being part of organizations that are doing things the right way.
